Seating for your home

Outdoor seating for villas, indoor sofa and chair sets, and custom corner seating. We help you confirm materials, colours and measurements before production.

Clear order details

Included pieces, dimensions, colours and delivery timing are confirmed before ordering. Tables in sofa-set photographs are not included in its price.

From your idea to your seating

1. Send a room photo and initial measurements on WhatsApp.
2. Discuss the layout, material and colour.
3. Confirm final measurements, included pieces, price and delivery timing in writing.
4. Once approved, agree payment and production arrangements.

Corner seating: AED 650 per meter instead of 950, with no minimum length. Final totals require an agreed measurement method. Outdoor set: AED 3550 instead of 4800 for either wood or metal. Sofa and chair set: AED 4300 instead of 6300, excluding tables.

Fabric colours are indicative; exact shades and availability require a sample. No extra customization fee is approved; any price change must be agreed before payment.

Proposed coverage and charges

Free standard delivery to vehicle-accessible city addresses in the UAE, subject to area confirmation. Remote locations, special handling and external lifting require a separate quote before payment.

Proposed timing

Ready items: 5–10 working days after stock and order confirmation. Custom orders: 14–21 working days after specification approval. The final date is confirmed in writing.

Installation and receipt

We propose placement and basic assembly where the product requires it. Please prepare access and a suitable installation space. Inspect the delivery and document any issue for our team.

Ready-made items — proposed

Request a return or exchange within 7 days of receipt for unused items in original condition, subject to inspection. Change-of-mind transport costs are quoted before collection; no fixed fee is approved.

Custom orders — proposed

Cancellation may be requested before production. Once work begins, change-of-mind cancellation requires written agreement on any actual costs. Defects or departures from agreed specifications remain subject to remedy.

Damage or defects

Contact us promptly with the order number and photographs. Reporting within 48 hours is suggested to help inspection and does not remove consumer rights. The appropriate repair, replacement or refund is assessed case by case.

For approved refunds, processing is proposed within 7 working days; receipt timing depends on the payment provider. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Proposed 12-month warranty

Manufacturing defects in frames and joints are proposed to be covered for 12 months from receipt, subject to inspection. Duration and coverage require owner approval before launch.

Proposed exclusions

Misuse, unsuitable cleaners, outside modifications and normal wear. Original defects and statutory rights remain subject to remedy.

Care

Use a soft cloth and a cleaner suitable for the material, tested on a small area. Cover outdoor seating and store cushions dry when unused. Water or sun resistance is not claimed until material specifications are confirmed.

Do wood and metal cost the same?

Yes. The outdoor set is AED 3550 for either material.

Are tables included with the sofa set?

No. The AED 4300 price excludes the pictured tables.

Is there a minimum corner length?

No minimum. Pricing is AED 650 per meter; totals require final measurement approval.

Are bedrooms and tables available?

They are currently design concepts, not sale products.

Can I choose a fabric colour?

Displayed colours are indicative. Availability and shade are confirmed before ordering.

Are installments available?

Tabby and Tamara are pending connection and testing. Payments are not active in this review version.
